Founded in Slough, we've grown from a single office to a team of 180+ Brand Ambassadors operating across multiple UK cities. Every person in leadership started exactly where you'd start — in the field, learning the craft, building from zero.
We partner with national organisations to deliver face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns. But what we really do is build people. Our 6-stage progression model is criteria-based, not time-based. No seniority. No politics. Just performance.

Ex-cabin crew who traded the skies for something bigger. Went from Inflight Manager to building his own marketing company from scratch. Now runs Link Marketing across multiple UK cities, coaches the next generation of business owners, and still makes it home for bath time with his daughter. Jess Grace
Creative. People-first. The one you'll meet first.
Started as a Brand Ambassador in 2015 after a summer in Greek hospitality. Background in Performing Arts — so yeah, she's a people person. Worked her way up from the field to becoming the heart, soul, and face of recruitment at Link Marketing. She'll be the first person you meet when you walk through the door.

Graduated uni in 2019 with one thought: "I'm not working for someone else." Found Link Marketing and never looked back. Now at Stage 5, building toward running his own company. His philosophy? If you want to hit your goals, help others hit theirs first.

Hanad Omar
Ambitious. Hardworking. Positive.
Left school with no clue what to do. Worked in a warehouse. Saw family and friends running businesses and thought: why not me? Joined Link Marketing with zero sales experience and loved the support from day one. Now at Stage 5 and building toward owning multiple businesses.

Nuha Maye

Joined as an English Literature uni student looking for something flexible. Attended a few team meetings, saw a Stage 6 advancement, and was hooked. Now leads her own team and uses the network to upskill every single day. Her goal? Buy her mum a house.
